DAVID JIMÉNEZ SÁNCHEZ - Partner

Qualified in Business Administration and Management at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (Complutense University in Madrid).

Master’s degree in e-business from the Universidad de Lasalle in Madrid.

David Jiménez joined Lagos Estudio Jurídico y Fiscal in 2004 and has occupied positions in the taxation department at Pedrosa Lagos. He is currently a Senior partner.

CARMEN GÓMEZ GÓMEZ - Partner

Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Granada.
Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
Master’s degree in taxation and tax consultancy from the Centro de Estudios Financieros.

Since Carmen Gómez joined PEDROSA LAGOS in 2000, she has specialised in civil and commercial law with a special focus on family businesses.

CARLOS FERNÁNDEZ CARBONELL - Partner

Carlos Fernández Carbonell has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Navarre, and is a Member of the Barcelona Bar Association.

He occasionally gives talks at the University of Navarre and speaks at seminars and conferences on general taxation and on courses related to fiscal and tax matters.

He has extensive experience in tax and corporate advice and planning for family businesses, as well as in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. Carlos Fernández has spent his entire career at Pedrosa & Asociados.

EDUARDO PEDROSA NEGRETE - Partner and Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Economic and Business Science from the Universidad Autónoma in Barcelona. Master’s Degree in Tax and Financial Law. Member of the Association of Economists, the Register of Chartered Accountants, and the Committee of Advisors of the Association of Economists. Member of the Esade Professional Advisory Board – LAW.

Eduardo Pedrosa started his career in 1984 as a tax adviser at Garrigues, where he was promoted to manager. In 1994 he founded Pedrosa & Asociados, and from 2008 he has co-managed the firm Pedrosa Lagos. He lectures in tax law at the School of Law. He specialises in advising family businesses and company restructuring.
